He’s also a foodie at heart, crafting meals with fresh local ingredients to elevate every voyage.

Chef: Lauren Ellis

  • Bio: A globe-trotting, chef-at-sea with a psychology background and a passion for people. Lauren began galley life in Croatia and has spent four summers cooking on yachts in the Adriatic and Greece, with winter seasons running a luxury bed-and-breakfast in the French Alps. She’s recently worked in the British Virgin Islands and is off to Ashburton culinary school to bring fresh Caribbean-inspired flavors back to the charter. Lauren loves creating healthy, vibrant dishes and indulging guests with delightful desserts, all while sharing stories and laughter.

SAINT MARTIN / SAINT BARTHS RELOCATION FEE:
Relocation fee of $3,000, minimum 48 hours required on either side of charter dates for boat transit (in addition to normal turnaround). Please inquire about availability.
